Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician IV for the 3rd shift (8pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday). You will diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical issues, perform setup changes, and maintain equipment to high reliability.

The role requires strong PLC, electrical and safety knowledge, and the ability to train others. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in manufacturing maintenance, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency with CMMS, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and safety policies.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and CMMS systems; willing to train.
• Able to work standby, off-hours and overtime as required.
• Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems on manufacturing equipment.
• Set up equipment with recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair mechanical components and electrical control circuits.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and drive systems.
• Maintain and enter work in maintenance software; track parts usage.
• Train technicians and support senior team with scatter training.
• Adhere to safety policies and lead by example.
