Job summary
Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for the 1st Shift in Dallas. You will diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment, perform detailed setup, and keep production lines running with preventive maintenance.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, associate degree preferred, and proficiency with electrical systems, blueprints, and PLCs. Overtime and standby work are expected; benefits start day one.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Able to work overtime and during standby assignments.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems on equipment.
- Perform setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
- Repair and maintain mechanical components and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and drives.
- Enter completed work in maintenance program and monitor parts usage.
- Train Level I mechanics on more complex tasks.
