Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Nine (9) years or more in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics
• Lean Six Sigma, required; other certifications preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Access, Excel and PowerPoint & Visio expert
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX) intermediate preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals; manage performance
• Lead development and execution of strategy, scorecards, KPI action plans
• Provide training and mentoring on Ryder Business System concepts
• Develop competency in engineering methods, data analysis, Lean tools, and quality standards
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; drive sustainment of improvements
• Manage CI projects across accounts and report progress and value
