Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI resources across multiple operations in the United States. You will drive data-driven engineering, analytics, and lean methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

The role interfaces with senior management and customer accounts. The successful candidate will supervise CI engineering and quality professionals, develop strategy and KPIs, mentor teams, and manage complex supply chain projects while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
Nine (9) years or more in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics
Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access, Excel and PowerPoint & Visio expert

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals; hire, coach and develop
Lead strategy, scorecarding and KPI action plans; assess critical site needs and drive CI plans
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Ryder Business System concepts and Lean methods
Develop competency in engineering methods, data analysis, Lean tools, and quality standards
Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; track progress and sustainment across accounts
Oversee Quality Management System design, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance
