Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to promote and lead CI across multiple operations, driving change via data analytics, engineering methods and Lean tools to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

The role interfaces with employees at all levels; reports to CI Director/Sr. CI Manager and aligns with a Director of Operations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals; manage performance and hiring decisions.
• Lead development and execution of strategy, scorecards and KPI action plans.
• Provide training and mentoring to translate Ryder BPM concepts to local sites.
• Develop competency in engineering methods, data analysis, Lean tools and quality standards.
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps & Kaizen Events; track progress and sustainment.
