KingRecruitingServices seeks a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician to oversee packaging automation and NEC code compliance in Fort Atkinson, WI. This direct-hire role offers premium hourly pay, daily overtime, and Sundays at 2x, plus comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of industrial electrical maintenance, can read complex schematics, and is comfortable working at heights on aerial lifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance in automated manufacturing or packaging.
• Experience in regulated hygiene environments preferred.
• Able to read multi-page electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing issues on packaging networks and MCCs.
• Comfort working at heights and using aerial lifts safely.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2nd shift as primary technical authority for electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
• Troubleshoot, install, and repair automated panels and control circuits.
• Ensure NEC/code compliance and safe electrical maintenance.
• Maintain shift PM workflows and update drawings.
• Manage overhead power distribution and safe access.
• Uphold 5S and sanitation standards.
