Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance in automated manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated environments (food/beverage) preferred.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and power diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing issues across automated packaging networks, VFDs, MCCs, conveyors.
• Comfort working at heights and operating aerial lifts safely.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card within 45-minute radius of Fort Atkinson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead for troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
• Diagnose with active logic diagnostics to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure NEC compliance and code adherence in electrical repairs and updates.
• Maintain shift maintenance logs and update electrical drawings reflecting field changes.
• Safely manage overhead infrastructure using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
• Uphold 5S and high-hygiene manufacturing protocols in the workstation.
