Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician for our Fort Atkinson, WI facility. This hands-on role leads electrical maintenance for automated packaging lines, ensures NEC compliance, and troubleshoots complex control circuits.

The position offers up to $44/hr plus daily overtime and robust benefits. You will work as the technical lead on 2nd shift, manage safety, perform diagnostics, and maintain electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial electrical maintenance in automated manufacturing or packaging.
• Ability to work safely at heights and on aerial lifts.
• US work authorization and reside within 45 minutes of Fort Atkinson, WI.
• Experience with NEC compliance and three-phase power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing plant electrical infrastructure.
• Diagnose using active logic and electrical schematics to minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC/code compliance during repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain shift maintenance logs and update electrical drawings.
• Inspect and service overhead power distribution networks, using ladders and aerial lifts.
• Uphold 5S, safety, and sanitation in the work area.
