United Future in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician to oversee electrical maintenance of advanced packaging automation systems. You will act as the lead technical resource on the 2nd shift, ensuring NEC compliance, uptime, and safe operation.

This direct-hire role offers up to $44/hr with daily overtime and Sunday double pay, plus 100% tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years industrial electrical maintenance in automated facilities.
• Experience in regulated hygiene environments preferred.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and three-phase power diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing packaging networks, VFDs, MCCs and conveyors.
• Comfort working at heights and with aerial lifts; safe handling of HV enclosures.
• US Citizenship or Green Card; reside within 45 minutes of Fort Atkinson, WI.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Lead Technical Resource on 2nd shift for electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair plant electrical systems and automated panels.
• Ensure NEC compliance and perform rewiring and component upgrades.
• Maintain maintenance logs, PM workflows, and updated drawings.
• Access and service overhead power networks using ladders and lifts.
• Uphold 5S cleanliness and safety in high-hygiene manufacturing.
