Joseph Michaels International is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician for Fort Atkinson, WI. The role focuses on reliability of automated packaging networks, NEC code compliance, and safe operation of MCCs, VFDs, sensors, and power distribution.

You will lead the 2nd shift technical efforts, diagnose complex electrical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards in a modern facility featuring automated packaging lines and overhead infrastructure maintenance.

Formación

• 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in automated manufacturing, packaging, or continuous-processing facilities.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret multi-page electrical schematics and control logic prints.
• Experience diagnosing issues across automated packaging networks, VFDs, sensors, MCCs, and conveyors.
• Comfort working at heights, operating aerial lifts, and safely handling high-voltage enclosures.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder within 45-minute drive of Fort Atkinson, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead for troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant electrical infrastructure.
• Trace complex electrical schematics to diagnose component failures and minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC and code compliance for all repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain and update master documentation and PM workflows.
• Manage overhead infrastructure and service of distribution networks.
• Uphold plant safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
