Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician in Fort Atkinson, WI to oversee packaging automation and NEC code compliance on the 2nd shift. This direct-hire role requires 1+ years of industrial electrical experience in automated manufacturing and the ability to work safely at heights, with a 45-minute commute radius.
The position offers up to $44/hr plus daily overtime and Sunday double-time, plus 100% tuition reimbursement and corporate benefits.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance in automated manufacturing
- Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and control logic prints
- Experience with packaging networks, VFDs, MCCs, sensors, and conveyors
Responsabilités
- Lead 2nd shift technical authority for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing plant electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
- Trace complex electrical schematics to diagnose component failures and minimize downtime.
- Ensure NEC/code compliance and perform repairs, rewiring, and updates per NEC guidelines.
- Maintain shift maintenance logs, PM workflows, and update electrical drawings.
- Safely access and service overhead power distribution networks (ladders/scaffolding/aerial lifts).
- Uphold 5S, sanitation and safety standards in a high-hygiene manufacturing environment.
