H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician for its client, a large manufacturing backdrop in Wisconsin.

The role focuses on packaging automation, NEC code compliance, and leading the 2nd shift technical efforts in electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of industrial electrical experience in automated environments, is comfortable working at heights, and resides within a 45-minute drive of Fort Atkinson, WI.

Qualifications

• 1+ years industrial electrical maintenance experience in automated manufacturing or packaging.
• Experience with NEC guidelines and safe electrical practices.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Familiarity with VFDs, MCCs, sensors, and automated packaging networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead for 2nd shift electrical infrastructure troubleshooting, installation, and repair.
• Trace electrical schematics to diagnose failures and minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC/code compliance for repairs, rewiring and upgrades.
• Maintain and update electrical drawings reflecting field modifications.
• Oversee overhead power distribution networks and working at heights.
• Maintain 5S, allergen controls, and high-hygiene manufacturing standards.
