Job Juncture is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician to support packaging automation at a Fort Atkinson, WI facility. This direct-hire role focuses on NEC code compliance, troubleshooting, and electrical maintenance across automated lines with a strong emphasis on safety and uptime.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in industrial electrical maintenance in automated environments, can work at heights, and reside within a 45-minute drive of Fort Atkinson.

Formación

• 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance in automated facilities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, beverage processing, or similar regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical schematics and three-phase power diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing issues across automated packaging networks, VFDs, sensors, MCCs, and conveyors.
• Comfort working at heights, with aerial lifts, and safe high-voltage enclosure handling.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card, residing within 45-minute drive of Fort Atkinson, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead: primary 2nd shift technical authority for troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant electrical infrastructure, automated panels, and control circuits.
• Execute Active Logic Diagnostics: trace complex electrical schematics and blueprints to diagnose component failures and minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC & Code Compliance: perform repairs, rewiring, hardware updates, and upgrades per NEC guidelines.
• Maintain Master Documentation: log daily maintenance activity, complete PM workflows, and update drawings.
• Manage Overhead Infrastructure: safely access and service overhead power networks using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
• Uphold Plant Safety & Sanitation: maintain 5S, allergen controls, and high-hygiene manufacturing protocols.
