Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician for Fort Atkinson, WI. The role focuses on supervising electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring code compliance in automated packaging systems.

You will advance the uptime of advanced automation while earning up to $44/hr plus daily overtime and Sunday double-time, with full benefits and 100% tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in automated manufacturing or packaging.
• Experience in highly regulated environments is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and power diagrams.
• Practical troubleshooting across automated packaging networks and MCCs.
• Comfort working at heights and near high-voltage enclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the 2nd shift technical authority for plant electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and update electrical systems and automation panels.
• Ensure NEC/code compliance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Inspect overhead power networks and safely operate at heights using ladders/scaffolding.
• Promote safety and high-hygiene practices on the manufacturing floor.
