Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is hiring a 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician for our Fort Atkinson, WI facility. You will serve as the lead technical resource for the 2nd shift, overseeing electrical infrastructure, automation networks, and code compliance in a modern, clean plant environment.

Earn up to $44/hr with daily overtime and Sundays double-time, plus 100% tuition reimbursement and full corporate benefits.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience in automated manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Ability to read and interpret multi-page electrical schematics and control logic prints.
• Familiarity with NEC compliance and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Shift Technical Lead: troubleshoot, install, and repair plant electrical infrastructure and control circuits.
• Execute active logic diagnostics to quickly identify failures and minimize downtime.
• Ensure NEC and code compliance for all electrical repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain master documentation: daily maintenance logs and updated drawings.
• Safely access and service overhead power distribution networks using ladders and lifts.
• Uphold 5S, hygiene, and safety standards across the work area.
