Job summary

Eden Capital Careers seeks a skilled 2nd Shift Lead Industrial Electrician for a Fort Atkinson, WI packaging automation facility. The role emphasizes NEC compliance, MCCs, VFDs, and automated networks within a modern, clean plant. Direct-hire with strong earning potential.

You will lead the 2nd shift technical team, ensure safety and uptime, and maintain documentation across maintenance activities. Requires 1+ year industrial electrical experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

1+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in automated manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret multi-page electrical schematics and three-phase diagrams.
Willingness to work at heights and in regulated hygiene environments.
US work authorization and 45-minute driving radius of Fort Atkinson, WI.

Responsibilities

Lead as the 2nd shift technical authority for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing plant electrical infrastructure.
Trace complex electrical schematics to diagnose component failures and minimize downtime.
Ensure NEC compliance and perform rewiring and updates per NEC guidelines.
Maintain shift maintenance logs and update electrical drawings reflecting field changes.
Safely access and service overhead power distribution networks using ladders and aerial lifts.
Uphold 5S, sanitation, and high-hygiene manufacturing standards.
