Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering/Business.
• 6+ years of incident management or cross-functional operations experience.
• Experience coordinating incidents, escalations, and major operational events across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, prioritization, and decision-support skills.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure with clear structure during high-impact incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident command for incidents and major operational events.
• Coordinate cross-functional response across technical, operations, cybersecurity, vendor, and stakeholder teams.
• Develop clear incident communications for response teams, leadership, and impacted stakeholders.
• Track incident actions, milestones, and close out restoration activities.
• Coordinate cross-team leadership of post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Promote consistent incident handling practices across service domains.
