Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent).
• 6+ years of incident management, operations coordination, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating incidents and cross-functional response activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-support skills.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams without performing all remediation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead coordinator for incidents and major operational events.
• Establish incident command structure and response rhythm.
• Coordinate response activities across technical and business teams.
• Track actions, escalations, and restoration progress.
• Drive clear stakeholder communications throughout incidents.
