• Liquor, wine & beer and food knowledge.

• Flexible schedule - overnight shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead and train the team; coach and coordinate daily assignments.
• Ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and consistent guest service.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and equipment storage.
• Ensure guest amenities meet standards.
• Keep service areas clean and stocked for each shift.
• Communicate operational concerns to management.
• Lead IRD Server provides leadership and operational support to maintain service excellence.
