Responsibilities

• Receives and inputs guest orders.
• Ensures orders are correct with the kitchen.
• Delivers food and beverage orders and processes payments.
• Settles checks in the POS system per hotel specs.
• Maintains Room Service area and equipment; retrieves items as needed.
• Handles complaints with a positive attitude.
