Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation programs by developing project schedules and coordinating delivery across teams.
• Serve as primary implementation lead, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across Delivery, Technical Services, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.
• Analyze risks and operational challenges, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings and document action items for follow-through.
• Manage Jira tickets, tasks, and workflows to maintain visibility into health and dependencies.
