This role independently manages diverse implementation engagements, coordinates cross-functional delivery activities, and drives customer-facing project execution to ensure successful onboarding outcomes and positive client experiences. The position applies advanced project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational problem-solving skills to manage implementation complexity, mitigate delivery risks, and align project outcomes with customer goals and business objectives. The Sr Program Manager, Implementation operates independently on complex initiatives, influences implementation practices, and contributes to operational improvements that enhance delivery consistency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
