Job summary

Alkami is seeking a Sr Program Manager, Implementation to lead complex onboarding programs for its digital banking platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Delivery, Technical Services, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding outcomes and high client satisfaction.

The role demands advanced project management, stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk mitigation, with a focus on scalable delivery and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation programs with comprehensive schedules and milestones
• Act as primary implementation lead for assigned customers
• Coordinate activities across Delivery, Product, Customer Success and external stakeholders
• Evaluate progress, identify delays, and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings and document actions
• Manage project tasks and workflows in Jira/Smartsheet
• Support onboarding readiness and resource alignment before execution
• Prepare schedules, risk assessments, and status reports throughout the lifecycle
• Adapt delivery approaches to varying environments and constraints
• Build trusted advisor relationships and guide customers through decisions
