Paylocity is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops in Schaumburg, IL to lead and mentor the Implementation support team, ensuring accurate setup of Web Pay products and meeting client SLAs.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and process improvement, with a focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role requiring presence five days a week at the Schaumburg location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable focus area required.
• 2 years Management Experience; experience in team development is a plus.
• Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn payroll software.
• Experience in team development and workflow in a matrix environment is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and client-satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Implementation support staff; provide leadership and coaching.
• Ensure high level of customer service and technical support; handle escalated client issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain policy consistency.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to address training needs and gaps.
• Interviewing and hiring candidates; drive team motivation and performance.
