Job summary

Paylocity in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Manager of Implementation Operations to lead the PRC team, ensure accurate Web Pay Product setups, and meet client expectations under SLAs. You will coach consultants, drive training improvements, and coordinate resources to deliver successful implementations.

You will oversee staffing, performance feedback, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years management experience; team development in a matrix environment a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong mathematical ability and aptitude for payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Implementation support staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure policy consistency.
• Coordinate training needs and gaps with Learning & Development.
• Develop motivation activities and incentives; manage disciplinary issues as needed.
• Oversee interviewing and hiring; plan resources with department director.
