Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops to lead the PRC team, coach staff, and ensure Web Pay products are set up accurately within SLAs. You will guide consultants, provide performance feedback, and drive training improvements while maintaining implementation success.

The role requires 2 years of management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Rochester, NY or other designated offices; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience andteam development a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn payroll software.
• Excellent troubleshooting to handle payroll issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; 100% client satisfaction is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Implementation support staff, providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and technical support for clients.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain policy and procedure consistency.
• Work with Learning & Development to assess and manage training needs and gaps.
• Develop motivation activities and incentives for the team.
• Handle disciplinary issues and participate in hiring decisions.
• Provide feedback to staff and promote continuous improvement.
