Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Managed Implementation Consultant for our 100% in-office Schaumburg, IL site. You will support client implementations with data migration, validation, and test payroll execution, collaborating with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to drive projects to go-live.

Responsibilities include onboarding client data and identifying opportunities for additional MIS services, with a focus on ensuring successful outcomes and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a Customer Service or customer interfacing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, time management skills, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client implementations with a focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional MIS based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates met.
• Play a key role in onboarding client data during the implementation process.
