Paylocity is seeking a Manager of Implementation Ops to lead the PRC team, coach staff, and ensure accurate setup of Web Pay Products within SLAs. You’ll provide feedback for staff performance and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in management, a Bachelor’s degree, strong payroll software knowledge, and excellent client-facing communication. This is an on-site role across Rochester, NY; Schaumburg, IL; Meridian, ID; or Lake Mary, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years in management or team development preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities for payroll software.
• Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills.
