Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Santaquin, UT is seeking an experienced HVAC lead who will grow into an Operations Manager role within a newly launched Utah County franchise. You’ll start in the field, mentor technicians, and help build our operations and culture from the ground up.

You’ll manage daily field operations, hire and train technicians, set service standards, and work closely with ownership on business performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced HVAC technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Exceptional people skills—connects naturally with customers and coworkers.
• Leadership potential and readiness for growing responsibilities.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and leads by example.
• HVAC certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Help establish our standards for quality, professionalism, and customer care.
• Mentor and train technicians as we expand.
• Work directly with ownership to build and improve operations.
• Grow into managing technicians, daily operations, and business performance.
