Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Santaquin, UT is seeking an experienced HVAC lead who will grow into an Operations Manager role within a newly launched Utah County franchise. You’ll start in the field, mentor technicians, and help build our operations and culture from the ground up.

You’ll manage daily field operations, hire and train technicians, set service standards, and work closely with ownership on business performance.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is launching a new, locally owned operation in Utah County. We're looking for an outstanding Lead HVAC Technician who wants to get in on the ground floor, help build a great company, and grow into an Operations Manager role as our business expands.

You'll start in the field, doing what you do best. As we grow, you'll help hire and mentor technicians, build our team, improve operations, and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
