Job summary
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee advanced service, repair, maintenance, and installation on residential HVAC systems. You will lead and develop the technician team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer experiences, and smooth coordination with dispatch and management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 7+ years of residential HVAC service experience with 3–5 years in lead roles.
- EPA certification and strong diagnostic skills are essential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service abilities.
- Experience with field service software and KPI/financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor HVAC technicians in the field ensuring safety and quality.
- Coordinate daily operations with dispatch and management for efficiency.
- Handle escalated service calls and on-site problem resolution.
- Review job costing, margins, and profitability; monitor KPIs.
- Assist with permitting, inspections, and code compliance.
- Drive recruiting, onboarding, and career progression for technicians.
