One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is launching a new operation in Utah County and seeks an exceptional HVAC Service Technician who wants to grow into leadership. You’ll start with hands-on service, then mentor teammates, improve operations, and work toward an Operations Manager role as the company expands.

This is a growth-focused, hands-on technician position with leadership opportunities and direct exposure to ownership.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide honest, accurate recommendations to help customers decide.
• Explain technical issues clearly and build lasting customer relationships.
• Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
• Help recruit, train, and mentor new HVAC technicians as the business grows.
• Coordinate service operations and assist ownership in business improvements.
