One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Santaquin, UT is launching a new, locally owned operation in Utah County and seeks an exceptional HVAC Service Technician who wants to grow with us. You will start by delivering outstanding HVAC service, while preparing to mentor others and lead the team as we expand.

Qualifications

• Several years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide honest, accurate recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Explain technical issues clearly to homeowners and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, workmanship, and customer care.
• Lead recruiting, training, and mentoring of new HVAC technicians.
• Coordinate daily service operations, scheduling, and dispatch with ownership input.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, technician productivity, revenue, and profitability.
• Help develop processes that improve our operations and culture.
