One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee advanced service, repair, maintenance, and installation on residential HVAC systems, leading a team of technicians and coordinating with dispatch and management. This is a growth‑oriented, founder‑led role with influence on standards and culture in the Cumberland, Vinings, and Chastain Park communities.

You will drive quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and profitability by setting field standards,

Formación

• 7+ years of residential HVAC service experience with leadership/mentoring.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required; NATE preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate with dispatch and management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee advanced diagnostics, service, repair, maintenance, and installation on residential HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor technicians; ensure quality workmanship and customer communication.
• Act as field point‑person coordinating with dispatch and management for scheduling.
• Handle escalated service calls and on-site problem resolution.
• Review cost, safety, and compliance with codes and manufacturer standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate new technicians; support career progression.
• Monitor KPIs and advise on pricing, memberships, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure vehicles, inventory, and equipment are prepared and well-maintained.
• Promote safety culture and support permitting and inspections (EPA, GA codes).
