Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services, HVAC/Refrigeration, to support WM Supercenter #1218 in Casa Grande, AZ. The role involves overseeing installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate field teams, and ensure OSHA and EPA standards are followed. Strong experience in HVAC/R for grocery rack refrigeration is required, along with relevant EPA

Qualifications

• HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration experience is required.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification required.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record and ability to pass MVR.
• HVAC/R journeyman status where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems and controls.
• Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Manages preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Coordinates field teams, mentors technicians, and handles service escalations.
