Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration in Tempe, AZ to install, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. Qualifications
- Option 1: HVAC/R certification and 2 years' mechanical maintenance experience.
- Option 2: 4 years' mechanical maintenance experience for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
- EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
- Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Journeyman certification where required.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC/refrigeration systems per codes.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigerant issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on walk-ins and HVAC units.
- Lead field teams and mentor technicians.
- Maintain service calls, documentation, and inventory; operate company vehicles safely.
