Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
• EPA Type I/II certification required.
• Journeyman HVAC/R where required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation and commissioning of HVAC/R systems.
• Leads diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Manages rack systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, and supermarket refrigeration units.
• Submits maintenance logs and notes with before/after photos.
• Ensures OSHA and EPA compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinates field teams and mentors junior Technicians.
