Job summary
WSP is seeking a POWER Testing and Energization (PTE) Lead P&C Field Services Technician to support projects in Maine, New York, North Carolina, and Florida. You will lead field crews, perform high voltage protection and control testing, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 11+ years in electrical testing, HV equipment experience.
- Experience with transmission, generation, or distribution relays and protective schemes.
- Advanced skills with protective relays and test sets (Omicron, Doble).
- Familiarity with NETA, IEEE, NFPA standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead field operations for complex electrical testing projects.
- Perform on-site testing and commissioning of protection and control systems.
- Mentor technicians and coordinate field activities.
- Communicate progress and risks to project leadership.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
