Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.
• 2-year degree highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers and software including email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to organize multiple projects and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Lead and direct a staff to perform daily tasks.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard associates per policies.
• Train new associates to ensure service quality and standards.
• Manage guest issues and communicate with guests and staff professionally.
