Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking an experienced hotel operations leader for its Extended Stay America property in the Gainesville area. You will oversee guest experience, team leadership, and brand standards to deliver exceptional stays and measurable guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least three years in hospitality management, a valid driver's license, ability to supervise staff, and fluency in English with some Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and hire associates.
• Onboard and train new associates to company training courses.
• Drive a positive work environment and coach staff.
• Manage labor costs and daily operations within budget.
