Extended Stay America is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, guarantee guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance at our Springfield property. You will lead a team, align with brand standards, and foster a positive workplace culture.

You’ll recruit and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure maintenance of rooms and common areas while monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements. Strong communication and Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years hospitality management experience or related field.
• Customer experience focus and proven leadership.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and brand standards across property.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard staff; train with ESA programs.
