Responsibilities

• Serves as a team lead during assigned shifts and helps coordinate daily kitchen activities.
• Reviews daily production schedules and determines food requirements.
• Gathers ingredients, supplies, equipment, and utensils for daily cooking.
• Prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of foods following recipes and standards.
• Monitors food quality, taste, texture, and temperature throughout cooking.
