You’ll assist in all food prep, supervise line staff, manage inventory, and provide on-the-spot solutions while learning from acclaimed chefs. The role requires at least 2 years of similar experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility for a 24-hour operation.

Competenze

• Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
