Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on medium/heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks.
• Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; Cummins MX software experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and assertive with strong communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead by example.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy Class 7/8 trucks.
• Lead by example while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Analyze complex mechanical/electronic malfunctions and plan repairs.
• Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, axles, steering, brakes and more.
• Mentor other technicians and maximize uptime for customers.
