Pape’ Kenworth in Ferndale, WA is seeking an Advanced Truck Technician / Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy Class 7 & 8 trucks. You will mentor other technicians and uphold safety, quality, and professionalism in every task.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on medium/heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks.
• Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; Cummins and MX software experience preferred.
• Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy Class 7 & 8 trucks.
• Mentor and support other technicians in the shop.
• Analyze complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions and determine repair strategies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and professionalism in every task.
