Job summary

Veit Management, Inc seeks a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to finalize bids and secure projects. You will provide overall direction of contract work from start to finish, including scheduling, cost control, and client contact for large revenue projects.

You will lead bid opportunities, coordinate pre-construction meetings, and supervise Estimator I/II and PMs to ensure profitability and safe, on-time completion with strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years estimating and managing large, complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Finalize bids and prepare full estimates for large complex work.
• Provide overall management direction from start to finish on awarded projects.
• Coordinate pre-construction, scheduling, and staffing with operations.
• Manage project costs, billing, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Ensure safety, regulatory and client requirements are met.
