The role requires extensive estimating experience, strong management skills, and the ability to coordinate with operations, owners, and general contractors across job sites in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in estimating and managing large complex projects.
• Proven ability to finalize bids and create comprehensive estimates.

Responsibilities

• Finalize client and public entity estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate preparation of full estimates for large, complex work.
• Provide overall management direction of contract work from start to finish.
• Manage costs, billing, and invoicing with project coordinators to ensure accuracy.
