Job summary

You will manage hands-on maintenance, implement robust preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with life safety codes and healthcare regulations. You will coordinate with contractors and respond to emergencies, guiding the team to sustain optimal facility performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of job-related experience required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance workflows and oversee work orders within SLAs.
• Perform hands-on maintenance of building systems including HVAC and plumbing.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.
• Monitor environmental conditions using BAS platforms and optimize energy use.
• Manage third-party contractors and ensure regulatory and contract compliance.
• Serve as primary responder for facility emergencies and critical system failures.
• Ensure life safety systems and fire alarms meet regulatory standards.
