Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• Ability to interpret safety codes and comply with regulations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure building operations meet safety codes and energy standards.
• Support preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections onsite.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials handling and safe workplace practices.
• Review building systems to verify design performance and environmental targets.
• Apply advanced knowledge to mentor others and lead by example in CBRE values.
