Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of related experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Additional HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration certifications preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs; maintain inventory.
• Maintain and repair advanced mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems; ensure standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Develop an energy management program for efficient operation of systems.
• Oversee outside contractors and respond to inquiries from clients and colleagues.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life; perform repairs as needed.
• Review inspections of building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing.
